Indebo is a tour operator in New Delhi, India. Sweet Mango's owner, Linda met Indebo's owner, Ravi Ramaswami, at an educational travel conference in 2007. The conversation was inspired and creative, ideas flowing easily from a common desire to offer intimate and meaningful travel experiences. The two tour operators talked about Buddha and his birthplace, the Dalai Lama and women working in rural villages in Northeast India. Ravy's passion for his own culture and for Buddhism was extremely evident. Linda left the conversation eager to work with Indebo and see India through the eyes and hearts of a company with such love for India and commitment to sharing it with spirit and integrity. Indebo's mission invites us in with the words, "We would be richer with the wisdom that you would bring with you. From that would grow and understanding and peace. That's all." |
